Return and refund policy

We hope you love all your purchases from LARi. However, we do have Returns and Exchanges policy in case you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for return, these below conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • All original tags/stickers must remain attached on the items
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way
  • Items must be undamaged with no marks or stains (including makeup, tan, lotion, deodorant etc)
  • Must be full-priced items (we do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds on our sale/discounted items)

Please note that we do not accept change of mind refunds. However, we do offer exchange or store credit - provided the returned item meets all the criteria above.

LODGING A RETURN

  1. Email us at orders@lariactive.com to give us a heads up and we can expect your package
  2. Insert a note (handwritten is fine) in your package with these details below:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Shipping address
    • Order number
    • Choose: return or exchange
    • Items you are returning/exchanging for (style name/color/size)
    • Reason for returning/exchanging
    • If you are exchanging, please advise the style name/color/size you would like to exchange for
  3. Ship the package to the address below:

RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

We strive to only deliver the highest quality product to our customers.

All items are quality controlled and checked thoroughly before being sent out, however in the unlikely event where you receive a defective/faulty product, please email us at orders@lariactive.com with description pictures of the defect.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect for manufacturing faults and quality review. We will contact you and if the item is faulty, we will either replace, refund, exchange or store credit depending on the circumstances.

We will also cover the shipping cost to return the faulty product, the original shipping cost as well as the cost of the item(s).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

We do not cover shipping costs for return or exchanges unless the item is faulty or there is an error on our end.

We recommend using a post service with a tracking number as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged in the return process.

TIME FRAME

As soon as we receive your return/exchange items, we will start processing it. We will notify you if your return is successful/rejected.

If your refund is successful, please allow 14 business days for the funds to clear into your account. The funds will be refunded to your original payment method that you use.
